How to delete your PhotoEvolve account

How to request deletion

To delete your PhotoEvolve account and all data associated with it, send an email to sphereoftopics@gmail.com from the email address registered in the app, with the subject "Delete account".

Your account will be deleted within 7 business days of the request.

What gets deleted

• Your email and login credentials
• All imported photos and their analyses (Hardware Score, Photographer Score)
• Badges, level, streak, and evolution history
• The link to your Pro subscription (the subscription itself must be cancelled separately through the store where it was purchased — Google Play or App Store — to avoid future charges)

What may be retained

Payment transaction records may be kept for legal/tax obligations even after account deletion, as required by law.
