By using PhotoEvolve, you agree to the terms below.

1. About the service

PhotoEvolve is an application that analyzes the technical and aesthetic quality of photos submitted by the user, offering scores, feedback, and gamification features.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activities carried out on your account.

3. Plans and billing

• The app offers a free plan with limited features, and the paid Pro plan, billed monthly or annually via Google Play or App Store.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each period until cancelled.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for, with no partial refund.
• Prices may be adjusted with prior notice.

4. User content

The photos you submit remain yours. By using the AI analysis features, you authorize sending a copy of the image to our service providers (see Privacy Policy) solely to generate the requested analysis.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to submit illegal content, content that violates third-party rights, or content used for fraudulent or abusive purposes within the app.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The scores and analyses provided by the app (including those generated by artificial intelligence) are estimates and suggestions, not guarantees of objective photographic quality. The service is provided "as is", with no guarantee of uninterrupted availability.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the application.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
